This is a referral service offered by AXA Assistance (UK) Ltd. They’ll will put you in contact with the nearest suitable tradesperson.
Any agreement entered will be between you and the tradesperson. AXA Assistance (UK) Ltd will not be responsible for any work carried out.
You'll be responsible for paying the tradesperson's fees and for agreeing the scope and quality of the work carried out.
If the incident is covered by your policy, you can register a claim in the usual way.
